RCMP request public assistance in locating missing woman

 

Update – Missing woman located
May 25, 2012, Halifax Regional Municipality . . . Ms. Provost, the missing 23-year-old woman, has been located in Halifax by Halifax Regional Police officers.  Thank you for your assistance in locating this missing person.
May 25, 2012, Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. . . RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating a missing 23-year-old woman.
Alyson Provost was last seen at approximately 11:30 a.m. on the morning of May 23rd after leaving a Lakeside residence. She has not been heard from since.  Alyson resides in East Dover and it is not typical for her to have not contacted her family.
Alyson is described as a 23-year-old white female, five feet two inches tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds with long brown hair to her waist.  She was last seen wearing a long sleeve white shirt with silver “Aeropostale” writing, jeans, pink flip-flops and carrying a white purse.  She has tattoos on her back and leg.
Halifax District RCMP are asking anyone with information regarding Alyson Provost’s whereabouts to contact the nearest RCMP detachment or local police.
