Annapolis County RCMP investigates shots fired at vehicle, Victoria Beach, N.S.

At approximately 10:15 a.m. this morning, Annapolis County RCMP responded to a complaint after a gunshot was fired (from a dark coloured vehicle) into a dumptruck driving along Granville Rd.

No one was injured in relation to this incident and RCMP do not believe this is a random act.

RCMP are currently in a remote area of Annapolis County actively looking for the suspect. Police would ask the public to avoid the areas of Victoria Beach, Port Wade (Royal), Hillsburn and Delaps Cove if possible. Currently there is no perceived threat to the public.
