Annapolis County RCMP have arrested and charged a Middleton man with child pornography charges.

On June 20th, 2014, Annapolis County RCMP executed a search warrant at a Middleton residence based on information that came forward to police.

As a result of the search, a cell phone and two computers were seized. Following further investigation, on August 19th, 2014, 40- year-old Darryl Knott was charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Accessing Child Pornography.

Darryl Knott was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear at Annapolis Provincial Court on October 6th, 2014.
