The levee is a unique opportunity for Nova Scotians to exchange New Year’s greetings with the lieutenant-governor and to visit the oldest vice-regal residence in North America.

“Mrs. Grant and I are looking forward to welcoming the New Year with our fellow Nova Scotians,” said Lt.-Gov. J.J. Grant. “We invite everyone to join us for a wonderful morning at Government House.”

The levee will be held Wednesday, Jan. 1, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Government House, 1451 Barrington St., Halifax.
