ARBONNE MAKE UP PRIMER: A REVIEW + 20 % OFF

Arbonne Canada’s make up primer is vitamin rich primer that is designed “to diminish fine lines and pores to create a canvas for flawless makeup application”.
Recently I’ve had a chance to test drive this product and here’s what I have to say about it…
Apply the primer to the back on your hand and rub it into the skin, and you will immediately note it’s soft silky texture. I applied the primer to my freshly cleansed face to then apply my foundation as normal, and I have to say I did notice a reduction in my pore size especially around my nose and the apples of my cheeks.
Smooth Finish – It also did well to create a nice smooth foundation for applying makeup on after. The only thing I would really say that is negative, and it’s really not that much of an issue (for me anyway) is that I didn’t really notice a reduction in fine lines. The primer does well to create a nice solid foundation for makeup, but I don’t really think there’s a miracle product out there anyway that’s going to get rid of wrinkles.
No Excess Oil –  It didn’t make my skin oily if anything it felt like it sucked up all the excess oil which is perfect for my oily skin especially in the T-Zone area.
No Breakouts – I’ve used other primers before, and I was always disappointed when they broke my skin out. I wore this one for about a week, and I didn’t notice a change in my skin. I didn’t break out anymore than usual, so I was quite content about that!
Sleek Black Design – Okay so here I go again with packaging, but I mean putting this product in a sleek matte black container just makes my heart sing! It looks so chic and sophisticated.
The primer retails for 45$, and it might seem a little pricey, but really you only need the teeniest tiniest amount, so a little really would go a long way.
