Construction workers found more than just rocks and dirt as they prepared a local site for a new condo development in downtown Halifax.
CBC.ca reports that some old building foundations from the 1800’s and some Victorian era attire were found amongst the rubble at the site on the corner of Brenton and South Park Street. From the article:
“Since the Trillium project was approved in August, three homes have been torn down and some large machinery has moved in — and so have the archeologists.
After digging at the corner of South Park and Brenton streets, they’ve uncovered a number of small artifacts.”
