Argument Ends With Charges

At 1102 pm a male  complainant reported to the police he was involved in a verbal argument with several male parties in a parking lot of the 6300 block of Quinpool Rd.

One suspect pulled out what the complainant thought was a gun and pointed it at the complainant. Suspect then fled on foot and the rest of the group fled in a vehicle. The vehicle was stopped at Quinpool Rd and Vernon St.  five parties were taken into custody. A search of the area located a can of bear spray, this was what  the complainant thought was a gun. An 18 year old male has been charged with weapons offenses,and will appear in court at a later date, the remaining parties were released from police custody.
