Friday, May 13, 2016 – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that a portion of Argyle Street will be closed on Sunday, May 15, from 8 a.m. until noon.
Argyle Street will be closed between Prince and Sackville streets to facilitate the roof-top lift of mechanical HVAC units. Access will be provided for emergency vehicles.
Traffic control personnel will be on site throughout the street closure to direct motorists along detour routes.
There will likely be delays in the area and drivers are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this road work may cause.
