Argyle Street – Street Closure

Friday, March 3, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that part of Argyle Street will be closed to vehicular traffic on Monday morning between Sackville and Blowers streets.

Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. The street closure is required to facilitate a crane lift in the area.

Traffic control personnel will be in place to direct vehicles and pedestrians around the site as needed. It should be noted the street will be open at all times to local traffic and emergency first-responders. Vehicles entering the parking garage for the Residence Inn by Marriott will have access at all times.

The municipality regrets any inconvenience this street closure may cause.
