Be prepared to see a lot of these jeans blog reader because I’ve pretty much been living in them since they’ve come in my possession.
I’M WEARING: Rag and bone jeans, sweater, bag c/o Aritzia. Shoes, Chucks. Watch, c/o Daniel Wellington. Flash Tat, c/o Envy.
Ordinarily I wouldn’t be the first one to make a case for premium denim. To be honest I have an EXTREMELY difficult time finding jeans that fit. Because I am a dancer I do have larger thighs, and a narrower waist, so pants that fit my thighs almost always are too big on my waist. To make matters worse I have a pretty long torso (just say no to low rise), and the distance from my hip to knee is a incredibly awkward and a little longer than normal.
Long story short we are all VERY different, and a lot of times jeans follow a similar format, and that doesn’t necessarily translate on ALL bodies. So you can imagine my delight upon finding these jeans! Honestly I’ve never in my entire life enjoyed a pair of jeans more. I distinctly remember one pair of jeans my mother bought for me in grade 9 that I adored dearly; unfortunately though upon washing (in cold), the dye from the red “Tommy” logo ran all over the butt of the pants, and ruined them. I was devastated, and my friend had the same pair and the same thing happened to her, so I didn’t even bother trying to exchange them. I pretty much gave up hope of ever finding another pair I loved so much.
You’re probably wondering why the heck does this girl love these jeans SO much? Well you just have to try them on honestly because they instantly feel like heaven, and you won’t want to wear anything else. I’m not a brand snob by any stretch, it’s got nothing to do with the label, but for real blog reader these jeans are the bee knees! You just gotta try them out for yourself. Just be sure to size down they are made a little big.
With their vintage wash, and soft (subtle stretch) fabric they are an instant hit in my books! If you’re looking for a comfy boyfriend jean! These should be on your radar I’ve been wearing them non-stop while touring around Boston this week. Did you know they are opening an Aritzia in Boston too? AH so exciting. Boston is such a great place!
Have a great weekend blog reader! Hope you get out there and have a great adventure!
