Thursday, March 31, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents to expect some traffic delays at the Armdale Rotary and Herring Cove Road in Halifax this weekend while Nova Scotia Power crews replace utility poles and carry out repairs to the overhead lines.
Weather permitting, crews will be on site starting at 7 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, and will continue working until about 5 p.m. They will be working the same hours on Sunday, April 3.
Lane drops will be in place during those hours and motorists are advised to use alternative routes, if possible. Pedestrian traffic will be maintained around the work site. The municipality and Nova Scotia Power regret any inconvenience this work may cause.
