Friday, June 23, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists to expect delays at the Armdale Rotary tomorrow (Saturday) between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Nova Scotia Power crews will be on site working on underground cables.
Motorists and cyclists are advised that traffic will be reduced to one lane from Herring Cove Road through to the Chebucto Road exit. The overhead lane signage on the approaches to the roundabout is still accurate. Motorists who enter the roundabout in the appropriate lane will not have to change lanes to get to their desired exit.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times, and traffic control personnel will be on site to direct pedestrians safely around the work site as needed. The public is advised to anticipate delays in the area and take alternative routes whenever possible.
The municipality and Nova Scotia Power appreciate your patience while this work is completed.
