At 1000 pm, Halifax Regional Police received a report of a robbery at Kempster’s  Restaurant 3644 Kempt Rd. Halifax.

 A male entered the restaurant with his face covered by a  mask, he demanded the cash from a female employee, he produced a small handgun, an undetermined amount of cash was given to the suspect who then fled on foot. No employees were injured in an manner.

The suspect is described as a white male, with a hat that possibly had blond hair sticking out from under it, glasses, dark blue pants and dark hoodie, 5’10, 180 lbs. The suspect has not been located as of this time.
