**** HRP Media Release

On Saturday, December 28th, 2019, at approximately 11 pm, Halifax Regional Police responded to 3514 Joseph Howe Drive, Halifax, the Pizza Pizza Restaurant, for a robbery in progress call.

The suspect produced a weapon and obtained a small amount of cash prior to fleeing the area on foot. HRP K9 Unit assisted patrol members with preliminary investigation, along with members of the Integrated General Investigation Section.

The investigation ongoing at this time.
