Armed Robbery Near Dartmouth Sportsplex

At 9:30 last night, a 24 year old male reported walking in the parking lot between the Dartmouth Sportplex and the Bus Terminal property when he was confronted by two males who were standing next to their vehicle. One suspect told the victim to give him his back pack and then proceeded to punch him in the face. The second suspect produced what the victim believes was a hand gun, pointing it at him and stealing his backpack. The males are described as white, in their late teens wearing sunglasses and hoodies which covered their faces. The suspects entered a blue 4 door hatchback vehicle and drove towards Wyse Rd. The victim was not injured during the incident. 
 
The Integrated General Investigative Unit is continuing the investigation and anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police at 902-490-5016.
