Arrest in Homicide

Police have arrested a man in connection with the homicide of Tara Lynn Park.
On June 1, at 10:15 p.m., officers responded to 117 Albro Lake Road to a report of disturbance in a common area of the apartment complex. Officers were on scene within minutes and discovered the deceased body of 33-year-old Tara Lynn Park in a stairwell. Her death was determined to be a homicide.
This afternoon, at 3:30 p.m., police arrested a 28-year-old Dartmouth man in connection with this homicide. He is a currently in custody and being interviewed at police headquarters.
Investigators with the HRP/RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit are still asking for anyone with information about this incident to contact police at 490-5020.
