Arrest made after weapon complaint in Dartmouth


HRP received a rep­ort last night just after 7 p.m. in rela­tion to a male knock­ing at doors in an apartment building lo­oking for someone and that the male appe­ared to have what was believed to be a gun in his waistband.


A 34-year-old man from Dartmouth was lo­cated in the area and arrested without incident shortly after 8 p.m. No gun was located on the man at the time of his ar­rest.


He is scheduled to appear in Dartm­outh Provincial Court today to face weap­on related charged.
