On Sept 28, 2013 at 2:15 am a 28 year old Bedford male reported being assaulted along a walkway between the Bedford Dooleys and Union street.  The attackers were described as white males in their early 20’s. One male mentioned having a knife. The victim did not know his attackers.  The victim sustained minor injuries from the assault and was treated by EHS and released at the scene.  Patrol officers arrested two 23 year old Bedford  males this evening without incident and charged them with assault causing bodily harm and breach of a recognizance.  They are being held in police custody and will appear in morning court.
