Arsenault v. 3249265 Nova Scotia Ltd. Board of Inquiry


An independent human rights board of inquiry into the matter of Arsenault v. 3249265 Nova Scotia Limited will begin Monday, May 14, at the Nova Scotia Securities Commission hearing room at Duke Tower, 5251 Duke St., Suite 400, Halifax.

Board chair Kathryn Raymond has ordered a preliminary identity publication ban on the complainant’s first name for security reasons. A formal hearing on the ban will begin at 11 a.m. before the inquiry begins.

The complainant alleges discrimination with respect to sex (gender) and sexual harassment in the workplace during employment at 3249265 Nova Scotia Limited.
