Asphalt work underway on Saturday

Friday, April 24, 2015 (Halifax, NS) — Municipal crews will be out in full force on Saturday doing asphalt patchwork on various major thoroughfares in both Dartmouth and Halifax.

Specifically, crews will be working on improvements to Bayers Road, Herring Cove Road, and Barrington Street in Halifax. And on Ilsley and Wright avenues in Burnside.

Motorists should expect delays while work is underway and are asked to find alternative routes whenever possible.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
