Attempted Break & Enter In Clayton Park

A 53 year old man is facing charges after attempting to break into a Tangmere Crescent home on Wednesday night.

From Halifax Regional:

 

“West Division Patrol units responded to a break and enter in progress at a Tangmere Crescent residence in Clayton Park just after 9pm. The homeowner heard glass breaking and felt someone was trying to get in. He found a basement window broken and screen removed at the front of the home. Responding members included an HRP K-9 Unit. The dog quickly sniffed out the culprit, a 53-year-old man, hiding in bushes on the property. Brian David Stewart, of Halifax, appeared in court today charged with attempting to break into the home.”
