At 1a.m. members of HRP responded to the area of Rutledge Street in Bedford to a report of two youths attempting to break into a vehicle.

A 17 year old male was arrested running from the scene. The second male was not located. The 17 year old was held for court charged with attempted theft, Trespass by night, breach of recognizance and breach of probation X’ 2.
