Bank robbery at Halifax Shopping Centre

Police responded to a call from the Royal Bank on 7001 Mumford Road in Halifax. Police were advised that they were just robbed.

It was reported that a suspect was described as:

It is not believed anything was taken. It was stated by the suspect that he had a weapon, although none was produced or seen. Nobody was injured in the incident.

Members of the General Investigative Section and Forensic Identification Section are working with patrol to investigate the matter.

The suspect has not been located at the time of this report.\
