At approximately 10:10 a.m. on August 26, police received a report ofa robbery at the Scotiabank located at 7171 Chebucto Road. A man entered the bank,

demanded money and indicated he had a weapon. The man received a sum of cash and fled the bank on foot. There were no injuries reported.

At approximately 4:10 p.m. officers arrested a man in relation to the robbery in Halifax. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about the incident or video from the area is asked to contact police.
