(Updated) Photo release from robbery – Bank Robbery In Clayton Park

Updated: Investigators in the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are seeking the public’s assistance to identify two suspects who robbed the Scotiabank on Lacewood Drive in Halifax.

At approximately 7 p.m., officers responded to a robbery at the Scotiabank on Lacewood Drive. Two suspects, one with a gun and the other with a crowbar, entered the bank and demanded cash from staff. They received an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank. The area was checked by K9 and ERT members but the suspects could not be located. There were no injuries during the robbery.

The suspects are described as males wearing KISS designed full zip hoodies that covered their faces. Both suspects were wearing gloves and both were carrying bags over their shoulders. 

Investigators are asking anyone who can identify the suspect and/or who has any information on this incident to contact police by calling 902-490-5020. At approximately 7 pm Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery at the Scotia Bank on Lacewood Drive in Halifax. Two suspects entered the bank and produced a weapon and demanded cash from staff. The received an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank. The area was checked by K9 and ERT members but the suspects could not be located. Members of the Integrated General Investigation Section and Forensic Identification Section are now on scene assisting in the investigation. There were no injuries during the robbery.
