Barrington Street at Niobe Gate Bridge – Flashing Traffic Signals

Tuesday, March 1, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that crews will be working on traffic signal control boxes tomorrow, March 2, at the intersection of Barrington Street and Niobe Gate Bridge in Halifax. Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. until about 3 p.m., depending on the weather. Upgrades cannot be completed if it’s raining or snowing. The traffic lights at the intersection will be flashing red in all directions while this work is underway. Motorists are reminded that intersections should be treated as four-way stops when traffic lights are flashing red. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause. Source: Release
