Barrington/Cornwallis streets intersection AND George/Upper Water streets intersection – Flashing Traffic Signals

Wednesday, April 27, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that crews will be working on traffic signal control boxes today at TWO intersections. Crews will be on site at the Barrington/Cornwallis streets intersection from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and during the same timeframe at the intersection of George and Upper Water streets. The traffic lights at both intersections will be flashing red in all directions while work is underway. Motorists are reminded intersections become four-way stops when traffic lights are flashing red. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause. Source: Release
