BCALA Literary Awards – fiction honours

“The Black Caucus of the American Library Association announced the winners of the 2012 BCALA Literary Awards during the Midwinter Meeting of the American Library Association in Dallas, TX. The awards recognize excellence in adult fiction and nonfiction by African American authors published in 2011.”
In the Fiction category BCALA recognizes two Honor Books:
Silver Sparrow (M)
