Police have charged a business for failing to comply with the regulations set out in the Health Protection Act.

Police received a number of reports that a Bedford man was operating a short-term rental business in Bedford contrary to regulations set out in the Health Protection Act. Today officers issued a summary offence ticket in the amount of $11,622.50 to the man under section 71 (1) (a) of the Health Protection Act for failing to comply with the act and its regulations.
