Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 (Halifax, NS)– The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and the motoring public that curb work and hardware adjustments will continue to take place this week (Monday-Friday) on Hammonds Plains Road and on the Bedford Highway.

Two sections will be worked on this week. The first segment will be on Hammonds Plains Road from the Bedford Highway to Doyle Street.

The second section of work will be on the Bedford Highway between Hammonds Plains Road and Southgate Drive.

Crews will be on site each day from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Lane drops will be in place while work is underway.

Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this road work may cause.
