Thursday, May 7, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that a section of Bedford Row in Halifax will be closed to traffic on Monday, May 11, while Halifax Water carries out repairs to a manhole cover.

Bedford Row will close between George Street and Prince Street starting at 9 a.m. and remain closed to vehicles until about 4 p.m. Should any deliveries need to be made during that time, crews will accommodate access from George Street.

Motorists should expect some delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes, if possible. The municipality and Halifax Water apologize for any inconvenience this closure or the work may cause.
