Best Recipies Of 2015

Before we head into the new year full of best intentions here are some of our favorite food recipes from 2015! From smoothie bowls to accidental noodles here’s what we ate in 2015, and look forward to eating next year.

1. Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Looking for something to grab quick in the morning that’s full of energy? Give these Peanut Butter Energy Bites a go! With Chia seeds, rolled oats, and little bit of chocolate they are both sweet, and filling.

2. Smoothie Bowls

Arguably one of the biggest food trends this year was smoothie bowls. How did we not think of this sooner? With all the health benefits of a great smoothie combined with the texture of eating cereal smoothie bowls were a hit, and we were definitely along for the artful ride.

3.  What I Eat For Lunch (Everyday)

Wondering what I eat for lunch everyday? Wonder no more. Big salads are where it’s at!

4. Roasted Chick Peas 

Looking for a great snack to munch on that’s also full of fiber and protein? Or something different with some crunch to add to your salad? This quick roasted chick pea recipe is sure to please!  

Meeting Jamie Oliver and adding Sobeys as a brand partner this year was defnitely a highlight for me for sure! And I was very  honored to have had participated in #roastmas as well! Still nervous about roasting a chicken or turkey? Don’t be! If I can do it so can you.

6. Thai Coconut Curry Noodles

This recipe was the best kind of whoops you could ask for! What a delicious Thai Coconut Curry Noodle recipe this soup turned out to be!

7. Better For You Burrito Bowl

Love burritos? but not all the added calories and fat? We answered all your prayers with this better for you burrito bowl.

8. Parm Crisps

As I mentioned bringing on Sobeys are a partner this year was huge for us, and we were also very honored to test out this 30- monthed aged parm cheese to create their parm crisps for my DELISH mac and cheese recipe.

9. Italian Chicken Vegetable Soup

When you want to eat spaghetti, but you don’t want all the carbs this Italian Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe is everything you’ve been looking for, and more.

10. Crabberry Cocktail 

Well we couldn’t do a recipe round up without including at least one bevy! Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer added the perfect punch for my holiday get togethers this year.
