“At 11:30 AM a vehicle traveling into Halifax was struck by pieces of concrete falling from the bottom of the overpass. The highway under the overpass as well as the overpass were closed to traffic from 11:30AM  – 1:05 PM.  Dept Of Transportation attended the scene and cleared the area as safe for vehicle traffic.”
