Birmingham Street between Spring Garden Road and Clyde Street converted to one-way traffic

Friday, March 28, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – Motorists in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) are advised that beginning Tuesday April 1, 2014, Birmingham Street between Spring Garden Road and Clyde Street will be converted to one-way traffic flow.

This will remain in place for approximately 12 months to safely accommodate traffic while construction activity continues in the area due to on-going new development projects.

Traffic will be permitted to travel in the southbound direction only. Clear signage will be posted in the area.

HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
