Black Rock Beach reopens to swimming

Monday, July 20, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Black Rock Beach in Halifax has reopened for swimming.

Tests last week showed high bacteria levels in the water, but follow-up tests show the water is once again safe, as per Health Canada guidelines.
