An independent human rights board of inquiry will continue in the case of Marjorie Pemberton v. Wal-mart Canada Corp. by the Human Rights Commission.
The claimant alleges she experienced discrimination in the workplace because of a physical disability and her employer did not properly accommodate her.
The board of inquiry is scheduled to reconvene Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 9:30 a.m., in the Windmill Room, Holiday Inn Harbourfront, 101 Wyse Rd., Dartmouth.
The inquiry will be heard by board chair Kathryn Raymond.
