This eco-friendly shoe company is a Natural Mommie favorite. I first came across Bobux a year ago and reviewed their soft soled shoes. There are a lot of organic fabric options out there for soft soled infants shoes, but as far as sneakers for busy toddlers who really put their sneaks to work, Bobux is one of only a handful companies who offer green options for the piggies. The premium eco-leather is tanned and dyed with a water based product that is environmentally friendly, biodegradable and contains zero heavy metals or chromes.
For new walkers and experienced walkers, Bobux is a wonderful option because the entire line {soft soled and soled shoes} feel worked in without looking worn in! They feel like a comfy favorite shoe brand new out of the box so breaking them in isn’t necessary.
For my 2.5 year old, Aidan, I picked out these adorable, super stylin’ classic beige and chocolate sneakers. This is deemed as a shoe for the kiddo on the go, and I can definitely stand behind that statement! Aidan is non.stop.all.the.time and he really puts these Bobux sneaks to the test. They’ve been nothing but comfortable for him, are flexible and light enough to go for long walks, and the grippy natural rubber soles make them an awesome park sneaker. I don’t have to worry about him slipping while climbing up the slide ladders.
As you can see in the pic, these sneakers have a really padded ankle collar. Aidan can wear these with or without socks with no worries of blisters or uncomfortable rubbing on his heels. The orange laces on top are really stretchy so the shoes open up really wide when attempting to put them on a wild child like mine. The velcro closure keeps them put too. The insoles are fully cushioned and feature leather linings and complete leather uppers. At $47.50, you really do get what you pay for. These high quality sneaks will be passed down to Aidan’s baby brother in excellent condition without a doubt.
