How many times do you stop and pick up a bottle of water when really you could just fill one up before you leave the house? There are so many stylish water bottles available out there, just make the investment and then save your self some money in the long run, and be better to the environment at the same time! Also did you know that some plastic has synthetic hormones in it that can leach into your water and some researchers suggest that these hormones we are consuming are linked to obesity and early onset of puberty especially in young girls?
