Break and Enter Charges

A man faces charges in connection with a break and enter early this morning in Halifax.
A man faces charges in connection with a break and enter early this
morning in Halifax.
 
At approximately 3 a.m., police responded to Chipstone Close to a
report of two people attempting to break in to an apartment. A screen
was removed from a window but entry was not gained. Upon arrival
officers observed two people fleeing from the area. K-9 attended and was
able to locate a man hiding on Kingsley Close. He was arrested without
incident. The second suspect has not yet been located and police are
continuing their investigation.
 
Eighteen-year-old Trenton Jacob Walters faces charges of attempt break
and enter, trespass by night and three counts of breaching his
undertaking. He is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court
today.
