At 11:55 PM an HRP K9 officer was on patrol in the Burnside Park area when he came upon a break and enter in progress at Mather Freight located at 165 Burbridge Ave. 

The officer discovered a vehicle full of stolen property, a K9 track ensued that led to a foot chase and the subsequent arrest of 3 persons. The males aged 21, 40 and 54 years of age from the Dartmouth area are currently in police custody. This matter remains under investigation at this time but charges are expected.
