At 2:40 a.m., 21 May, Halifax Regional Police responded to an intrusion alarm at Coastal Canopy Dispensary 240-2411 Agricola St. Halifax.
Upon arrival officers found the front door was damaged and forced open. Officers cleared the business and confirmed the suspect(s) had fled prior to arrival. While clearing the business officers observed a quanity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia throughout the business. Officers have secured the business while a Search Warrant is obtained for the business.
There is no suspect information at this time. The investigation to the Break & Enter is in the initial stage and is on going.
