Monday, Sept. 14, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Brenton Place in Halifax will remain closed for one more week while crews finish restoring the roadway following the installation of underground water pipes in the area.
The street is currently closed between South Park Street and Brenton Street and is expected to reopen to traffic at about 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18. Local traffic and pedestrians will continue to have access to the area.
This work is part of an ongoing project on behalf of Dalhousie University to install infrastructure between Dalhousie’s Carleton Campus and Sexton Campus. The municipality and the university regret any inconvenience this street closure may cause.
