Britdesign Turns 1 !

It’s been an entire year since I launched britdesign, with my first post a simple diy Christmas garland (check it out of you’re looking for a cute garland for this season too!), and I am so humbled by how many of you are following the blog! Whether you’ve been following along since day one, or this is your first time visiting- thank you so much for your support. My main goal for the blog was to exert my creative energy into something, I did it for me. I’ve poured my heart into it, for my own personal gain- but it has been so much more rewarding than I expected it would ever be. Yes, it provides me the creative outlet I craved, but when you find that something you’ve poured your heart into is also inspiring and catching other’s interests- that is a pretty special feeling. 

To celebrate Britdesign turning 1, I’ll be giving away a beautiful piece of gemstone jewelery made by the very talented jewelry designer, Swoon Creations! Each of her pieces is made with care and love in Prince Edward Island.
