Buildings broken into on Larry Uteck Boulevard

Halifax Regional Police responded to the 400 block of Larry Uteck Boulevard and met with a contractor. It was learned that a multi-unit building under construction was broken into as well as several storage sheds, on site and in the surrounding area.

A large amount of construction equipment was stolen. The amount of equipment stolen is unknown at this time as many contractors were not working on this date. It is suspected that the break and enter and thefts occurred between 7 p.m. Friday evening and 7 a.m. Saturday morning.
