RCMP would like to advise the motoring public that The Cabot Trail will be closed until further notice. Police are asking the motoring public to please choose an alternate route.

At approximately 2:26 P.M., RCMP received a 911 crash that occurred on The Cabot Trail, three kilometres south of Neils Harbour.

Preliminary details reveal a bus carrying 21 passengers was involved in the crash and EHS Lifeflight has been dispatched. There are numerous agencies responding however there is no additional information available at this time.
