Canada Lands Company is excited to send a reminder that the Canada 150 trail and lookout at Shannon Park will be reopening for the season on Friday, June 1, 2018.

The trail will be open to the public daily between the hours of 6:00 am and 9:00 pm.

#PlanShannon Project Update

Canada Lands Company submitted a formal development plan to Halifax Regional Municipality in December 2016 following the completion of our planning process and input received from our various community engagement efforts. Planning approvals are currently being considered through HRM’s “Centre Plan” process. We are looking forward to continuing to advance this exciting project!

The concept plan includes waterfront access, a public square which will act as the heart of the new community, green spaces, and walking and cycling trails, as well as a variety of residential and commercial uses.
