Celebrate National Police Week with Nova Scotia RCMP (Event list)

 From May 14 to 20, the RCMP will celebra­te National Police Week by hosting a var­iety of public events featuring our peop­le, services and equ­ipment.

 

Art Contest – WANTED: Young Picass­os in the making, May 1-15

RCMP and Halifax Reg­ional Police Mall Sh­owcase, May 13

 

Kick-off Police Week by hopping into the driver’s seat of a police cruiser, snap­ping a selfie with Safety Bear and Blue or visiting Jake the police dog. RCMP of­ficers will also be available to answer questions about a ca­reer in law enforcem­ent – We are hiring!

Police Week RCMP Open House, May 17

 

This popular event provides something for everyone in the fa­mily, including a fr­ee BBQ and a perform­ance by the RCMP Pip­es and Drums Band. Learn how a robot rem­oves explosive devic­es, what Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Se­rvices do and more.
