Celebrate the holiday season at the Dartmouth Christmas Tree Lighting
Mayor Mike Savage and members of Regional Council are inviting residents to join them at this weekend’s lighting of the Dartmouth Christmas Tree. This free family friendly event will include the lighting of the tree, fireworks, hot chocolate and cookies, a visit from Santa Claus and live entertainment featuring Mike Cowie & Friends.
When: Saturday, Dec. 7 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Where: Alderney Landing Events Plaza, 2 Ochterloney Street, Dartmouth
Motorists and pedestrians are urged to take caution when travelling in downtown Dartmouth due to the large number of people expected to attend the tree lighting.
