The Chain of Lakes Trail held a grand opening last weekend. This trail goes from Joseph Howe Avenue to the beginning of the Beechville Lakeside Timberlea Trail. However, I note that CBC’s Paul Palmeter reports the overpass along the trail has already been the target of at least 37 graffiti tags since the opening. Bike police will patrol the area in an attempt to crack down on graffiti artists.
