Charges after Dartmouth Crossing store robbed

Police have charged two people in relation to a break and enter that occurred in Dartmouth yesterday.

At approximately 8:30 a.m. police responded to a break and enter that had occurred earlier in the morning at Take it Outside located at 961 Hector Gate in Dartmouth. The suspects took a large amount of clothing and fled the area in a vehicle. 

East Patrol Division officers arrested a man and a woman at a residence on Albro Lake Road in Dartmouth at approximately 4:30 p.m. Officers recovered the majority of the stolen property.

A 28-year-old Dartmouth woman and a 50-year-old Dartmouth man will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court to face charges of break and enter and possession of stolen property over $5,000.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information about this incident or video from the area to call 902-490-5016.
